UNLEASH 2019 is set to take place in Shenzhen, China, from 6-13 November, and we would be honoured to have Chulalongkorn University participate as a talent partner again this year! Over the past two years, UNLEASH has brought together 2,000 talents to develop 370 innovative solutions to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), enabled by over 300 partners like you. We look forward to accelerating the movement in Shenzhen! Applications for UNLEASH 2019 will open on March 18, 2019. Please take note that we have updated this year’s nomination process based on feedback from last year. This presentation provides a detailed overview of UNLEASH as well as the nomination process and key dates. Interested students should send an updated CV and Statement of Purpose to Ms.Somying Soikrathok, email@example.com, by March 25, 2019 for internal review and nomination. Please make sure that your profile meets their criteria. Your talents should be selected according to a few criteria. The selected top talents, who are typically between 20-35 years, come from diverse work, academic, gender, and geographical backgrounds. 1. General criteria (talents must fulfill all of the following) Demonstrated passion and commitment to solving the world’s pressing challenges Possession of a creative and innovative mindset Willingness to engage in co-creation with peers and experts* High proficiency in English with the ability to engage in complex discussions Bonus: Direct experience with working in a development context, e.g. via field work 2. Talent profiles (talents must fulfill one of the following) Entrepreneurs: Previously launched/or considered launching start-ups, organizations, or campaigns at a very early stage (both non-and for-profit) Intrapreneurs: Improved or changed entities, e.g. through R&D, business development, or organizational changes Academia: Acquired in-depth content knowledge, e.g. via a PhD position, post-doctoral position, research projects, or advanced master courses Technical experts: Possession of skills, tools, and know-how (e.g. in design, technology, etc)

ANNOUNCEMENT LIST OF CANDIDATES ADMITTED TO THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING ACADEMIC YEAR 2019 (EARLY ADMISSION) The following candidates are admitted to the International School of Engineering, Academic year 2019 (Early Admission). List of 135 students Click The admitted candidates must bring a cashier cheque (Mandatory for residents in Bangkok metropolitan area including Nonthaburi, Samutprakarn, Samutsakorn, Nakhonprathom and Prathumthani) or Bank draft (for residents outside the Bangkok metropolitan area) to pay for the program fees on February 8, 2019 at International School of Engineering, Room 105, Engineering Building 2, Faculty of Engineering. Cashier cheques or bank drafts must be made payable to “Educational Fund, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University” or กองทุนบริหารวิชาการ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย” in the amount of THB 84,000 (*For both* Thai citizen and Foreign citizen) The program fee payment can be done by a representative on behalf of the admitted candidates, in which case, the candidates’ ID card or passport (photocopies with certified signature are acceptable) must be presented. Failure to pay the program fee on the specified date will be considered a decline of an admission. Note: The program fee is non-refundable.
