- 1.1 Applicants must have completed high school, passed an equivalent high school standard test, or be currently in their final year of high school (Grade 12 in the US system or year 13 in the British system).
- 1.2 Applicants must achieve the prescribed minimum score in any one of the following English Proficiency tests:

Applicants who graduated from International Accredited Schools in Thailand or studied abroad in which English is a primary language of instructions for at least 2 academic year. Applicants will need to provide official confirmation from the institution where they completed their degree that the medium of instruction was in English. The official score report of the tests in 1.2 and 1.3 is valid only when the tests were taken not more than two years of the application deadline.
