Shopee Thailand presents the Graduate Development Program (GDP)—a 2-year journey designed for passionate final-year students and recent graduates eager to make an impact in e-commerce and digital financial services.

Through four 6-month rotations, participants will gain in-depth exposure to key business functions at Shopee and Monee, working on high-impact projects while developing leadership and professional skills to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Group Case Assessment: Oct – Nov
• Interview with Senior Leaders: Nov – Dec

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (≤ 2 years of full-time work experience).
• Fast learner, resourceful, and proactive.
• Strong communicator and aspiring leader.
